a person who has through a combination of education and experience acquired knowledge and skills that person to perform correctly a specified task:-
confined space-an enclosed or partially enclosed space which
A-is at atmospheric pressure during occupancy
B-is not intended or designed primarily as a place of work
C-may have restricted means for entry & exit and may have an atmosphere which contains potentially harmfull levels of contaminant,not safe oxygen level or cause engulfment.

A person who designs manufactures or a confined space shall ensure that practicable the design eliminates the need for persons to enter confined space.
where there is a need for person to enter the confined space the person who designs manufacture or supplies the confined space shall enssure that,
A>where practicable the confined space is design to minimise risk to persons entering or working the confined space,
B>the confined is privided with safe means of entry & exit when entry may be required.
C>a person who modifined shal ensure that any alteration to the space do not detrimentally affect the safe means of entry and exit.

before we finshed off confined spaces i would like to add the follows:-
the per -entry considerations should be at least as follows:A & B
A- empoyee selection,including evaluation of an employee"s aptitude and fitness for task and space entry,
B-employee training should include at least the following:
1-emergency entry & exit procedures,2-use of applicable respiratory devices, 3-first aid including cardio-pulmonary resuscitation(cpr) 4-lockout procedures, 5-fire protection 6-communications 6-rescue drills,7-safety equipment >>>>coordinate planning of work>>coordinate supervising of work & good luck to all,

this caurse it"s very easy 1 & i have done my self just last year.
